I result relate this topic to the contemporary company that I shit failed for in the finishing fifteen years. I work in the healthcargon industry and my company is a shaper of disposable products. The company has grown and evolved and there have been umteen changes morally and honorablely in our corporation. I work in sales management and I sell my products through health check distribution companies. I call on hospitals, nursing homes and the ever so so growing home healthcare market. I will hash out the moral and ethical choices my company has do in the last five years. I will look for the moral and ethical choices on the following subjects: health care, environmental impact and the loss of jobs to China. Healthcare is a primary take at my company. My company has made some practi cal and slightly non practical solutions regarding our employees’ healthcare program. A ending was made of late to have the plant and the employee position lot designated as non green goddess areas. No unmatched, including visitors, is ever allowed to booby at our company again.

This decision was a moral responsibility to the non-smoking workers who had to breathe in randomness hand smoke in the cafeteria, offices and the manufacturing floors. This decision was not welcomed by most of the employees. The majority of the workers are smokers (our plant is in the southern and surrounded by tobacco farms). The moral obligations to the non-smoking wo! rkers and a displace insurance rate on an insured non smoking facility, helped oblige the decision.
